Hi, I'm Adrian

For over 10 years at ShipBob, I served as the Lead WMS Engineer, helping build one of the world's leading warehouse management systems from the ground up. I've seen firsthand how compliance mistakes devastate margins, how scattered guidelines create chaos, and how much time gets wasted searching for answers that should be instant.

When I left ShipBob, I knew exactly what problem I wanted to solve. So my fiancee, our three cats, and I packed into a Sprinter van and hit the road. While traveling across the country, I built the first version of RetailerHub—designed by someone who's actually worked in fulfillment, for the people who work in fulfillment.

Today, I'm based in the greater Austin area, but that road trip mindset stuck with me: stay lean, stay focused, and never lose sight of the real problems.

ShipBob processes millions of orders for thousands of brands. As Lead WMS Engineer, I architected systems that handle the kind of scale and complexity most people never see. That experience—the edge cases, the retailer quirks, the compliance nightmares—is baked into every feature of RetailerHub.

We didn't read about fulfillment challenges in a textbook. We solved them at 3AM when the system was down and orders needed to ship.

We believe our only obligation should be to our customers and their problems. Not to making investors happy. Not to chasing vanity metrics. Just building software that actually makes your job easier.
