Frequently Asked Questions

What counts as a retailer?

A retailer counts once regardless of how many fulfillment centers you ship from. For example, Target is 1 retailer whether you ship from one FC or five. Each plan includes a set number of retailers — if you hit your limit on Starter or Pro, you'll need to upgrade to the next tier.

Can I change plans during my commitment?

Yes, you can upgrade to a higher tier at any time. The new pricing will be prorated for the remainder of your billing cycle.

What is WMS integration?

WMS integration allows your packout SOPs to seamlessly connect with your Warehouse Management System. If your WMS has an open API, integration is included at no extra cost. For closed-system WMS platforms, pricing is negotiated based on the integration scope.

What if I need more retailers than my plan includes?

Starter and Pro plans have a fixed retailer limit. If you need more, you'll need to upgrade to the next tier. Enterprise customers can add additional retailers at $50/month per retailer, with volume discounts available.

What can I do with the API?

The API lets you fetch a specific SOP by retailer or pull your entire SOP catalog at once. Integrate directly with your internal systems to keep your warehouse floor up to date without logging into RetailerHub.

Can I delete retailers?

Yes, but deleted retailers cannot be re-added for 30 days. Once removed, you'll lose access to all SOPs generated for that retailer. We recommend exporting any SOPs you need before deleting.
