A branded Zola packing slip or an alternative approved by Zola must be included inside the box of every shipment or placed in a clear packing envelope on the outside carton with customer details face down.

Outer cartons must be labeled with customer name (Zola C/O GEODIS), PO number, UPC, description (name of product), color/size (if applicable), itemized and total carton quantity, and carton number (e.g., 1 of 10). Outer cartons must also be labeled as MIXED if they contain mixed SKUs, with all SKU details listed.
