For all shipments, partners must include a packing list with each shipment. If packaged inside a carton, "Packing List Enclosed" must be clearly marked on the outside of the container. For DC shipments, the packing slip must be included in carton #1 of multiple carton shipments. The packing list should be clear, concise, and easy to read, containing specific shipment details such as WWG Purchase Order Number, Shipper Name and Address, Ship to Name and Address, Vendor part number and/or UPC, quantity of each item shipped, unit of measure, number of boxes/pallets, total weight of shipment, and tracking number/Pro number.
