Wayward Packaging Guidelines

Packing lists must include Wayward PO Number, Vendor Item Number, item description, color, size, quantity per Vendor Item Number, style, color, size, and cost of the product net of discounts. They must be printed in English, and a packing list must be provided for each PO in the shipment. The document does not specify where the packing list should be placed.

Purchase orders should not be mixed within a single carton unless specifically authorized by a Wayward Buyer. Each shipment must have a separate packing list for each PO included.

The cartons must not exceed 50 pounds. There is no specified minimum weight for cartons.

All carton markings must be in English and printed, not handwritten. They must include PO number, carton number, item description, color, size, vendor style number or Wayward item number, and quantity in box (UOM). Printed labels and/or paper securely attached to the box can be used as an alternative to box printing.

Carton markings must be in English and printed (not handwritten), including PO NUMBER, CARTON NUMBER, ITEM DESCRIPTION, COLOR, SIZE, VENDOR STYLE NUMBER OR WAYWARD ITEM NUMBER, and QUANTITY IN BOX (UOM).
