Yes, SKUs can be mixed within a single carton, but it is not recommended. Within eCommerce, smaller items may require mixed master packing. Approval from the Packaging/Labeling Team at labeling@walmart.com is needed if your vendor pack doesn't meet the conveyable sort requirements. The seller must apply three STOP labels on the master case: one on each long side and one on top, with STOP label recommendations including use of Arial Bold font (minimum 48 pt) with red ink on a white background. The domestic shipping label must state "MASTER PACK" in the WMIT field. Barcodes other than postal code and SSCC-18 are not allowed on the master pack's shipping label. Combining multiple POs within the same master pack is not allowed.

Bills of Lading must include a separate document for each delivery address with all purchase order numbers, location number (DC number), purchase order type, department number, total cases, and pallets listed by purchase order. Use supplemental pages if needed. For LTL shipments originating from the same ship point to the same Distribution Center on the same day, all PO types must be on the same BOL. The BOL must show the classification description as per National Motor Freight Classification tariff, list all purchase orders and carton numbers, include the carrier's name, SCAC code, and trailer seal number. If available, trailer numbers should be included. The BOL should be marked as 'Collect' if Walmart pays freight charges.

Inner packs must be secured to prevent items from coming loose. Poly bags used for inner packs need to be sealed and meet certain specifications such as clarity and thickness. Cases should have flat, strong surfaces, be sealed with adequate adhesives or tape, withstand compression and vibration, and have no large gaps. Avoid bulging or collapsing due to improper packing.
