Carton labels should measure 4"x 6" and be printed on white stock paper with black lettering, unless approved otherwise. The label should include the product description, control state code number, other state code numbers, and the UPC symbology, which should be located in the lower left-hand corner of the label. The label should be placed on an end panel. Pallet configurations and changes require notification to Virginia ABC 30 days in advance.
