Pallets with multiple SKUs have a height limit of 75 inches from floor to top. Each pallet must have a label with the Ulta Beauty DC number, all PO numbers, and any applicable information as per the pallet labeling requirements.

Yes, SKUs can be mixed within a single carton under the Mixed Case Packing Requirements. All Mixed cases must be marked "MIXED" or "MIXED SKUs", and SKUs inside should be clearly segregated. There can be no more than one inner pack per SKU inside a mixed case. Use an Inner Pack Label for SKU identification if necessary. The master case must include the full SKU quantity shipped. If SKUs do not fit on the Master Carton Label, the label must still be marked "MIXED" with SKU details provided separately.

The Master Bill of Lading for freight shipments must include the SHIP FROM, LOAD ID, Bill of Lading Number, SHIP TO - FINAL DESTINATION, Carrier Name, Trailer Number, Seal Number, SCAC, and Pro Number for Less than Truckload shipments. It must specify the BILL FREIGHT CHARGES & THIRD PARTY FREIGHT CHARGES with the terms being either Prepaid, Collect, or 3rd Party. Additionally, customer stop information, including Stop Destination, # Pallets, Weight, Delivery Date/Time, Arrival and Departure Time, must be listed. Required fields such as SHIPPER SIGNATURE / DATE and CARRIER SIGNATURE / PICKUP DATE also need to be present. Freight counted by either the Shipper or Driver and by Pallets must be indicated.

Carton labels should be placed so the barcode is scannable, not on a seam or corner, and no closer than 1" from any edge. For cartons more than 7 inches tall, labels must be a minimum of 1" from the bottom right corner, 1.5"-3" from the side. Cartons less than 7 inches tall should follow the same area with the label folded over the top. For cartons under 4.5 inches, the label may be rotated 90 degrees counterclockwise and folded over the side if the barcode isn't folded. Hazmat labels must remain visible. Labels should never cover seams, product IDs, UPCs, retail prices, or consumer information.

For cases, a full case is marked with PO, SKU, quantity, item description, and style number.
