Trailblazer Packaging Guidelines

There are no specific requirements for mixing purchase orders within a single pallet. However, it is instructed to palletize and shrink-wrap all cartons whenever possible and combine multiple orders on one Bill of Lading when shipping to the same address.

The maximum weight for individual cartons is 70 lbs. There is no specified minimum weight for cartons.

The weight requirements for LTL shipments to CT from certain states range from 226 lbs to 5,000 lbs. For large LTL or Truckload shipments, the weight is 5,001 lbs and above.

Each carton must clearly be marked with the shipper and consignee name, shipping address, and the Trailblazer purchase order number(s). The Bill of Lading must indicate the total number of cartons, number of pallets, and the purchase order number(s). Additionally, the Trailblazer client code (TB37) must be included in the Customer # section of the Bill of Lading.
