There must be a separate Packing List for every Purchase Order Number within a shipment, and it must include vendor name, address, telephone number, Purchase Order number, item details, SKU list, and total quantities. The packing list is essential for ensuring correct receipt of merchandise. Contents labels or markings on the cartons do not replace the packing list.
