A packing slip must be enclosed with all shipments, and one packing slip should be sent for each invoice issued. Do not combine onto one packing slip items that will be billed on two separate invoices.

The purchase order number must appear on each individual carton. There is no specific information about mixing purchase orders in a single carton, but failure to comply with displaying the purchase order number will result in refusal of shipment.

For shipments where Crown Enterprises is responsible for the shipping costs, shipments under 150 pounds should use UPS Collect or FedEx Ground. For 150 pounds and over, Diversified Transportation Services should be contacted. These instructions apply to pallets as well.
