Packing slips must contain specific information including PO Number, pallet count, total number of cartons, number of cartons for each SKU, and quantity of pieces per SKU per carton. Each packing slip must be clearly marked and placed at the top of the pallet. Each PO requires its own packing slip and multiple POs should not be combined on one packing slip.

Pallets can be used for DOMESTIC ORDERS ONLY. If merchandise is shipped on pallets, only one SKU per pallet is allowed. If shipments are less than 1 pallet for each SKU, then they can be stacked on the same skid with one SKU stacked at a time; otherwise, floor load should be used. Preferred pallet height should not exceed 70" (178 cm) from the floor.

Carton markings and labels must include SKU details and can be found on the Carton Marking Report in the Vendor Portal. Carton markings must be stenciled on two sides of the master carton. The font size must be a minimum of 32pt. For non-shippable inners, inner labels should not be stickered on the product packaging but should be on the polybag or cardboard inners. Master Carton markings should not include additional information not required by Spencer's policies.

Inner packs must be shippable if larger than 2 lbs or have dimensions greater than Length - 12 inches, Width - 10 inches, Height - 4 inches. Shippable inner packs must be cardboard, with a minimum box strength of 29 ECT or 200 Bursting Test. Non-shippable inners can be polybags or thin cardboard and will be repacked into larger cartons. Master cartons should have dimensions no greater than Length - 25 inches; Width - 14 inches; Height - 16 inches, and must be stenciled on two sides with specific marking information.
