Short Story Packaging Guidelines

The packing list must include the Vendor Name, Short Story PO #, Style #, and Quantities by Style / Size / Color. It must be attached to the first box of each PO and, if multiple POs are shipped in one shipment, a separate packing slip is required for each PO.
