ShopHQ requires general purpose hardwood pallets that are 48" by 40" with a 48" stringer length. Two-way entry, general-purpose non-reversible pallets, flush-stringer type, as well as two-way entry reversible pallets are acceptable. Pallets constructed of plywood, particleboard, fibreboard, plastic, or steel are not acceptable.

Master Cartons may not exceed 24" wide by 40" long by 24" high. There are no minimum dimensions specified at this time.

The maximum weight for Master Cartons is 45 pounds (20.4 kg). There is no minimum weight specified for shipping cartons.

For cartons, each Master Carton requires markings or a label containing Ship From and To addresses, SKU, product description, piece count of the master carton, country of origin, weights in both pounds and kilograms, dimensions in both inches and centimeters, and ShopHQ's purchase order number. The lettering must be at least 1/4" (0.64 cm) high. Each pallet requires a printer-generated label, with lettering at least 1" in height, containing ShopHQ Purchase Order#, complete ShopHQ Part# (SKU#), total cartons on the pallet, total units, Ship-From and Ship-To Addresses (only for LTL shipments), and "DO NOT STACK ON TOP OF PALLET"; and "DO NOT BREAK DOWN". Mixed SKUs on a pallet must be clearly identified in the label.

Inner cartons must conform to all Master Carton requirements, including box strength, carton sealing, void fill, cut sheets, and carton markings/labels. Each inner carton should contain more than one Individual Selling Unit and be packed into a larger Master Carton that contains more than one inner carton.
