All Bills of Lading (BOL) must include total carton count, total weight, total cube, pallet weight and count (if approved), notation of "palletized for carrier convenience", Shipment ID number, Load ID number, NMFC item number and class, and number of cartons per purchase order. The BOL number must exactly match the number in EDI documents and include a list of valid purchase order numbers. Missing or incorrect Shipment ID or Load ID may lead to chargebacks. BOL must accompany shipments and be complete, otherwise a copy will be requested by Shoe Sensation.
