A bill of lading/packing list must accompany each shipment to a Schnucks store. The carton/case containing the packing list must be clearly and conspicuously identified. The packing list must include details such as SMI store address, Purchase Order Number, SMI Invoice Number, total amount ordered by item, total amount of cases shipped by item, Unit of Measure (UOM), UPC, accurate product description, item cost, item weight, and item size where applicable.

All product pallets, whether mixed product, half stacked, single or double stacked should arrive at stores shrink wrapped and must be stored shrink wrapped at all times.
