Under no circumstances should multiple purchase orders be packaged in the same carton. One purchase order shipped per carton(s). There are no specific pallet requirements mentioned for mixing purchase orders, but each purchase order should not be mixed when shipping.

Each carton should not exceed 130 cubic inches in length and girth combined, and all packages should measure less than three cubic feet to avoid being classified as oversized. Minimum weight per package should be no less than 3 lbs, and the maximum weight should not exceed 70 lbs.

For pallet (freight) shipments using a common carrier, the Bill of Lading (BOL) must include: Ship From and Ship To details, actual Date Shipped, Purchase Order Information (with itemized total cartons and weight for each PO), Carrier Name, Freight Payment Terms, Carrier Information (including Handling Unit, Package Type and Quantity, Total Handling Units-Cartons, Accurate Weight with pallet weight separate from product under class 70), Commodity Description, NMFC Commodity Class Number, Special Instructions (as needed), and a General Note stating "Shipper responsible for all accessorial fees." LTL shipments require additional routing using Ron Jon's common carrier matrix and occasionally, special routing instructions from Ron Jon's Logistics department. For parcel shipments under 200 lbs via UPS Ground Collect, each shipping label should be placed on the front of each carton and include a count (e.g., "1 of 4"), and the PO# must appear in the Package Reference #1 and/or #2 portion of the label. Cartons should not weigh more than 70 pounds, or exceed 130 cubic inches in length and girth combined.

Carton labels must include: Supplier's full name and address, purchase order number, complete merchandise description, case/inner pack details, accurate weight, UPC, Ron Jon SKU number, quantity of units shipped, notation of "Ticketed" if applicable, store location number, and sequence number if multiple cartons (e.g., 1 of 3). Labels have to be placed on the outside front of all cartons to ensure visibility.

For inner packs and cases, when shipping pre-ticketed items, the Ron Jon SKU number, quantity shipped, item description, color, and vendor style number must be listed on the outside front of each carton label. Cases should measure less than three cubic feet to avoid oversized shipping charges, should not exceed 70 lbs, and be a minimum of 3 lbs. Avoid oversized cartons unless necessary and contact Ron Jon's Logistics Department if oversized cartons are required.
