A master packing list must accompany all shipments. It must include the Road Runner Sports Purchase Order number, the number of shipping cartons in the shipment, and the Road Runner Sports style numbers/vendor style numbers. The packing list should be attached to the outside of the lead carton (#1) using an envelope or placed inside a clearly marked carton #1 in the shipment.

Purchase orders should not be mixed within a single carton. Each packing carton or bag should contain only one Purchase Order. However, multiple Purchase Orders can be combined and shipped together to maximize freight savings, but each shipping carton must be marked clearly with the Purchase Order(s) number and each Purchase Order must have a separate packing list.

Yes, SKUs can be mixed within a single carton. When combining less-than full case items to make a full shipping carton, each line item and corresponding quantity must be clearly segregated (utilizing either a bag or a box) and labeled with PO/item/quantity. Also, all shipping cartons should have a packing list label that includes the PO #, items, and quantities included in the carton.

The maximum dimensions for shipping cartons are 24" L x 20" W x 15" H. The dimensions may be up to 10% smaller in any dimension.

For both pallet (freight) or carton (parcel) shipments, each shipping carton must be clearly marked with the shipper and consignee name, shipping address, and the Road Runner Sports Purchase Order number. The total number of pallets, shipping cartons, and Road Runner Sports PO numbers should be indicated on all carriers' Bills of Lading. A packing list should be included in or on the lead carton for each PO. When shipping LTL and FTL, all cartons must be palletized and stretch-wrapped. Multiple orders should be combined on one Bill of Lading when shipping to the same Road Runner Sports address.

Carton labels must include vendor name/shipping information and correct ship to address, Road Runner Sports Purchase Order number, GS1-128 (UCC-128) unique carton identifier, Road Runner Sports style numbers, colors, sizes, quantities, and case count (e.g., 1 of 2, 2 of 2, etc.). Labels must be placed in the lower left-hand corner of the carton. Non-compliance results in a chargeback of $250 or 5% of the invoice value, at discretion.
