Revolve Group, Inc. Packaging Guidelines

All shipments must contain a packing slip. The packing slip must be easily identifiable, placed in a waterproof pouch, and secured to the exterior of the first container if there are multiple containers in the shipment. Each container's packing slip must include style descriptions, REVOLVE PO#, vendor's style numbers, color names, sizes, quantities, and shipping addresses. Do not list items that have not yet shipped on the packing slip.

The specific pallet type is not mentioned. However, pallet dimensions must not be more than 42 inches wide and 50 inches high, merchandise must not overhang the pallet edge, and all pallets must be stretch-wrapped in plastic. Broken or damaged pallets will be rejected at the Vendor's expense.

For cartons: - The exterior of all shipping containers must be clearly labeled with: 1. Brand name under which the product(s) are marketed. 2. PO number (one PO per shipping container or each PO listed separately). - If a PO spans multiple shipping containers, each must clearly indicate the PO number, the box number, and the total number of boxes for that PO (e.g. "Box 1/3", "Box 2/3", "Box 3/3"). - Containers that exceed 50 pounds must be marked with a "HEAVY WEIGHT" warning viewable from the top and sides. For pallets: - Each pallet must be clearly labeled to indicate the order and total number of pallets (e.g. Pallet # __ of __ pallets) on the upper right corner of one of the sides of the unitized load.

If a PO spans multiple containers, each must indicate the PO number, box number, and the total number of boxes for that PO. Containers exceeding 50 lbs must be marked with a "HEAVY WEIGHT" warning. For "Multiple POs", the label should state "Multiple POs" without reference to specific PO numbers. A detailed packing slip for "Multiple POs" must state necessary information such as REVOLVE's warehouse address, Vendor's shipment address, PO number, style number, item description, and quantity. There is no mention of GS1 or UCC18 labels or recommended placement for them.
