Inner packages require labeling with Vendor Name, Product Type, Item Number, Quantity, and UPC barcode. There are specific measurement requirements for different products. For example, inner pack for lip balm: 6"x4"x3", containing 8 - 3 pack lip balm packages. Master cases must follow label template instructions from section 4.7.1.5-4.7.1.5.2, and all units within cases must face the same direction.

What are the requirements for placing labels on cartons being shipped?

For master case labeling, use the master case label template to include the Item SKU Number barcode in the top left, Case Quantity in the top right, Product name and case weight in the middle left, Lot number barcode in the middle right, Case UPC barcode in the bottom left, and Product expiry date barcode in the bottom right. These labels should be placed on two corners of each master case.
