Are there any requirements for packing lists when shipping cartons?

Packing lists must be by Purchase Order and a packing list by Purchase Order/shipment must accompany the shipment, being visible on the outside of Box 1 - Box 1 should always contain the packing slip. The packing list must also contain specific data such as Purchase Order number, total number of cartons/boxes for the shipment, total number of pieces shipped, standard item description, VSN and quantity shipped per item, and include a customer service phone number.
