Mixed SKUs (style/color/size) are not permitted within a single carton, as per the guidelines. Therefore, purchase orders cannot be mixed within a single carton.

Minimum dimensions: 17.5" L x 14" W x 5.5" H (45 cm L X 36 cm W X 14 cm H). Maximum dimensions: 23.5" L X 17.5" W X 17.5" H (60 cm L X 45 cm W X 45 cm H).

The maximum weight for shipping cartons is 35 lbs (16 kg). There is no specific minimum weight mentioned.

Carton labels must include the UCC128 Barcode Label, which should be placed on the carton end. Only one UCC128 Barcode label per carton is allowed. Additionally, carton markings (label) must be placed on the carton length, with markings at least 1/2" high. Required carton labeling includes country of origin, PO Number, PacSun Style Number, Style Description, Color, Size, Quantity, and Country of Destination (for shipments direct from China). Polybag labels should be 2" from the top of the bag and centered over existing vendor labels.

The UCC128 Barcode Label must be placed on the carton end, with only one UCC128 label per carton permitted. Carton markings should include the country of origin, PO Number, PacSun Style Number, style description, color, size, quantity, and country of destination if shipping directly from China. Carton markings must go on the carton length side, with letters a minimum of 1/2" high. Using a label or stencil, the ship to location number should be placed on the upper right-hand corner of the carton end with the UCC128 label, with block letters a minimum of 1" high or incorporated into the UCC128 label.
