The UCC128 Barcode Label should be placed on the carton end and be the only such label on the carton. The label should be self-adhesive, 4" wide x 6" long, and provided by the vendor. Specific zones on the UCC 128 label are designated for different information (e.g., From Address, To Address, Zip Code Bar Code). The barcode in Zone I should be no smaller than 1.25 inches in height with a density of 20 Mils.

There are no specific requirements for inner packs detailed in the provided pages. However, for prepacks (a type of inner pack), each unit is not required to be in an individual polybag and the prepack should be in one master polybag that must be sealed. Substitutions within prepacks are not permitted, and they must be labeled with prepack barcodes. The UCC128 Barcode Label must go on the carton end with only one UCC128 Barcode label per carton allowed.
