Purchase orders cannot be mixed within a single carton. Each carton must reference a single MHO PO, and multiple POs should not be included inside a single carton.

The allowed pallet types for shipping are "PLT" which are pallets, and the material can be either "25" (Corrugated or Solid) or "94" (Wood).

The shipping cartons should not exceed 150 lbs individually.

Shipments over 6,000 lbs are considered Large LTL or Truckload and must contact DM Transportation Management Services for routing. LTL shipments range from 300 lbs to 6,000 lbs.

For LTL/Truckload shipments, the Bill of Lading must include NMFC Class, product description, all MHO POs in the shipment, the number of individual cartons, and the number of pallets. Multiple orders to the same address should be combined on one Bill of Lading. Shipments should be palletized and shrink-wrapped when possible. For Small Parcel shipments, the shipping label must list "Mountain High Outfitters" as the Ship to address. The MHO PO must be in Reference 1, and if using a third party for fulfillment, the vendor name must be in Reference 2. Each carton should have a packing slip including MHO PO and invoice, and must be labeled with the carton number and total count (e.g., "1 of 12").

GS1-128 labels are mandatory and expected on every carton. The label placement must follow Mountain High Outfitters' vendor compliance requirements. The SSCC carton/pallet ID in the GS1-128 barcode must be correctly provided in the ASN data.

Additionally, each carton must be labeled with its carton number and the total number of cartons in the shipment, e.g., "1 of 12, 2 of 12," and the MHO PO must be listed on the outside of every carton.
