Carton labels must be placed on one of the longest sides of each carton. The right-hand end of the SSCC barcode must be no less than 19 mm from the vertical edge, and the bottom must be no less than 32 mm from the base of the carton. Mandatory information includes brand name, VPO number, SKU information, number of cartons if not palletised, item description, item barcode, and carton quantity. If mixed items are in a carton, it must list SKU and quantity of each item.
