When shipping more than one purchase order number or a shipment requiring more than one trailer, a single Bill of Lading must be filled out for each shipment or one per trailer for full truckloads. Shipping labels must be placed in the lower right-hand corner of the long end of the carton. A standard GS1-128 shipping label is required with a minimum grade quality. Standard labels should be 6" high by 4" wide, white with black lettering, and the preferred font size is 24 (minimum font size 12). If additional labels are needed, they should be placed next to and to the left of the GS1-128 label. The label must include order and product information as specified.
