For general merchandise (all divisions), the minimum dimensions are 20" x 14" x 6" and the maximum are 26" x 18" x 12". For Kids - Guess Asia shipments, the minimum and maximum dimensions are 15" x 12" x 6" and 15" x 12" x 12", respectively.

For carton (parcel) shipments, all cartons must be packed single SKU, recyclable without staples, and sealed with tamper-proof, anonymous tape. Packing lists are required for all shipments, with copies attached to the Bill of Lading. For pallet (freight) shipments, live unloads less than 250 cartons must be skidded on standard pallets, not exceeding 5 feet tall, and shrink-wrapped; over 250 cartons may be floor loaded. Each carton must have a label on one of its short sides. The label should be placed so that the barcode is at the bottom right corner, 1" from the side margin and 1" from the bottom. Do not cover the labels with any tape, as covering with clear tape makes them unreadable. Labels should be smudge-proof with high print quality. The label must include detailed information such as vendor name, DC address, SKU barcode, PO number, carton dimensions, and other specified details.

Carton labels must be placed on the short side of the carton with the barcode at the bottom right corner, 1 inch from the side and bottom margins. The UCC128 label placement remains unchanged. For North America, UCC128 labels should be placed 1 inch up from the right bottom edge of the carton and 1 inch over. Labels must not be covered with tape, and "smudge-proof" ink on high-quality labels is required to maintain print quality.
