GPA Logistics Packaging Guidelines

Cartons need to be labeled with brown adhesive labels (2 per carton: 1 on a long side, 1 on a short side to the right), blue adhesive item# stickers (2 per carton: 1 on a long side, 1 on a short side to the right), and Yellow "Caution Heavy" stickers (1 on a long side, 1 on a short side to the right). There are also Pack A, Pack B, or Pack C stickers whose placement is similar when available.

The requirements for placing labels on cartons are as follows: 1. New master cartons should have brown adhesive labels, with two 8.5x11 labels per carton, one on a long side and one on the short side to the right. 2. Blue adhesive item# stickers should also be placed on new master cartons, with two 4x6 labels per carton, one on a long side and one on the short side to the right. 3. Yellow "Caution Heavy" stickers should be placed similarly, one on a long side and one on the short side to the right. 4. Labels indicating Pack A, Pack B, or Pack C should be used accordingly, but these were delayed at the time of the document creation. There is no mention of GS1 or UCC18 labels or specific placement guidelines for these.
