The Bill of Lading must include the following information: carrier freight bill number (if available), shipper bill of lading number, carrier appointment time and date, carrier arrival time and date, carrier departure time and date, carrier name, carrier standard carrier alpha code, shipper name, date shipped, shipper address, destination service center or consolidator information, destination address, city/county/state/zip of destination, specify pallets/cartons by PO, number of pallets/cartons by PO, description including purchase order number, weight by PO, indication if shipped FOB shippers dock. A copy of the Bill of Lading for US shipments must be emailed by noon central time the next day after the shipment leaves the vendor facility.

Each individual item in a caselot inner-pack must be folded and ticketed according to guidelines. Items must be packaged together in a sealed polybag with an Interleaved 2 of 5 caselot label applied to the center. The caselot label barcode height must be a minimum of 12 millimeters and meet ANSI/CEN/ISO grades A or B. The retail UPC hangtags must not be visible when sealing, and the taped end must align with the caselot label.
