Packing slips are required for all deliveries into RSC locations. They should be protected in an envelope marked "Packing Slip Enclosed" and include the Do it Best Corp. Purchase Order #, SKU # or Vendor MFG #, quantity shipped, and product description. The packing slip envelope is placed on the last pallet loaded facing the back of the truck.

Bills of Lading (BOL) for shipments into Do it Best RSCs must be broken down by weight and class, even if all products are shipped on one pallet. All BOLs are required to be marked as PREPAID or COLLECT, depending on the terms of sale, and should not use third-party billing. For palletized and slip-sheeted products with shrink wrap, items are required to be tendered as "PALLETS" on the BOL. Only when cartons are shipped individually should they be tendered as "PIECES" on the BOL.
