Below you will find a common list of FAQs that our users have when it comes to packaging guidelines for Zulily.

Can you mix multiple SKUs per carton?

Yes, you can mix multiple SKUs in one carton, but you must list each SKU and mark the carton as 'Mixed Carton'. Also, do not combine similar styles in a mixed carton.

Can you mix multiple SKUs per pallet?

No, each pallet must only contain cartons of the same SKU; do not mix different SKUs on one pallet.

What are the max dimensions and weights for cartons?

The guidelines do not list specific maximum carton dimensions or weights. They only provide pallet limits – a maximum height of 72 inches (including the pallet), overall dimensions of 48" x 40" x 72", and a gross pallet weight of 1,500 lbs.

Where do I place the label on a carton?

For Masterpack labels and Single Unit & Set labels, the instructions are the same: apply one label to the seam of each carton. For Masterpack, this applies whether the carton contains inners (that will be broken down to eaches) or is a prepack/case pack to be broken down to eaches.

Where do I place the label on a pallet?

Pallet labels must be placed on the pallet in a location that ensures maximum visibility in the Fulfillment Center. The label must be large enough and include the words Zulily, the Purchase Order Number, and the Final Destination Address. In addition, for carton labels that accompany the palletized load, each carton must have its label applied to its seam so that the markings (SKU, etc.) face outward. For Masterpack shipments the instructions are: • When breaking down a prepack or case pack to individual units, apply one label to the seam of each carton. • When multiple boxes or packs (containing inners which in turn contain eaches) are shipped within an outer carton, similarly, apply one label to the seam of each carton.
