Can you mix multiple SKUs per pallet?

Can you mix POs in a single pallet?

No, you cannot mix purchase orders on a single pallet. The guide specifies that different products may be shipped on the same pallet only if they are part of the same Sales Order.

What are the max dimensions and weights for cartons?

For FedEx parcel shipments, individual cartons must weigh less than 150 pounds and have dimensions under 165 inches in length plus girth (where girth = (2 x width) + (2 x height)). Additionally, the total shipment must weigh less than 400 pounds and the combined package length must be less than 108 inches.

Where do I place the label on a carton?

There are two types of labels. For shipping labels, you must use a Zoro‐approved label that shows the required shipping info (e.g., vendor name, ‘C/O Zoro’, vendor address, customer PO, invoice no., and PO no.). Although the guide does not specify an exact placement, the shipping label is to be applied externally on the carton. For packing lists, the guide requires that the packing list (which includes the Zoro logo, supplier stock number, Zoro SKU, PO numbers, quantities and return language) be placed inside or attached to the outside of one of the cartons.
