Where do I place the label on a carton?

For the Case Code Label, use a 4"x6" label printed on white stock paper with black lettering (unless otherwise approved). It must include the product description, control state code number, other state code numbers (with specified heights), and UPC symbology. The entire label should be affixed to an end panel of the carton, with the UPC symbology specifically placed in the lower left-hand corner of the label. No other label types were described.
