Are there any requirements for packing lists when shipping cartons?

A packing slip must be enclosed inside the carton. Only one order is to be packed in a carton. When multiple orders are shipped on the same day, they must be packed individually.

Are there any requirements for packing lists when shipping pallets?

Packing slips must be enclosed inside the carton or affixed to the lead carton.

Can purchase orders be mixed within a single carton?

No, only one purchase order (PO) is to be packed in a carton. Multiple POs shipped on the same day must be packed individually.

Can SKUs be mixed within a single carton?

SKUs cannot be mixed within a single carton. Each box should contain only one order (PO), and when multiple orders are shipped on the same day, they must be packed individually.

What are the max and min weights for shipping cartons?

Cartons must average at least 15 pounds each. For shipments weighing less than 700 pounds, ship using FedEx Ground Collect.

What are the requirements for Bills of Lading when it comes to pallet (freight) or carton (parcel) shipments?

For parcel shipments within Continental U.S., adhere to FedEx Ground Collect without the need for Travel Traders account number. For shipments exceeding 700 pounds, use FedEx Freight following specific steps on FedEx.com: choose "Shipper" under "I am the:", "Collect" under "Payment terms", "FedEx Freight Economy" under "Service type", and provide Bill of Lading to the driver. Location address, store number, and Purchase Order number must be on each carton. For freight shipments to Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and U.S. Virgin Islands, approval from Travel Traders is required for oversized packages and those exceeding 700 pounds. Also, follow specific shipping methods and use the provided Third-Party FedEx account numbers for these destinations.
