The Bill of Lading must indicate the total number of cartons, number of pallets, and the purchase order number(s). The Sports Endeavors client code (SE12) must also be included in the Customer # section of the Bill of Lading. Multiple orders should be combined on one Bill of Lading when shipping to the same address.
