Can I stack pallets?

For domestic orders, you can use pallets with one SKU per pallet. If the shipment contains less than one pallet per SKU, you may stack on the same skid with one SKU stacked at a time; otherwise, floor loading is required.

Can you mix multiple SKUs per carton?

Yes, mixed SKUs are allowed in a prepack configuration. For prepack orders, multiple ticket SKUs can be packed in one master carton, provided that the specific prepack and labeling guidelines are followed.

What are the max dimensions and weights for cartons?

The maximum dimensions for master cartons are 25 inches in length, 14 inches in width, and 16 inches in height. No maximum weight is specified.

What are the min dimensions and weights for cartons?

Minimum carton dimensions are 12 inches in length, 10 inches in width, and 4 inches in height with a weight of at least 2 pounds.

Where do I place the label on a carton?

For law labels (e.g., bedding labels), the label must be securely attached to the product; if it isn’t visible at purchase, a full‐size copy (white background with black type) must also appear on the packaging. For inner pack labels, the label must be applied to the polybag or thin/cardboard inner (never directly on the product packaging) and include key information (SKU, description, quantity, etc.) with the proper font and color specifications. For master (shipping) carton labels, the label is stenciled on two sides of the carton and must show required details (department, class, PO or PPK ID, SKU/description, quantity in box, and “Made In” info) – with the quantity reflecting the number of inner packs if an inner pack is required or simply “1” if not.
