Can you mix multiple SKUs per pallet?

Only one SKU should be placed per pallet unless the number of cartons for that SKU does not warrant a full pallet; in that case, multiple SKUs may be placed on one pallet.

Can you mix POs in a single pallet?

Yes; when palletizing, you should load PO's together whenever possible, meaning you can mix them on a single pallet.

What are the max dimensions and weights for cartons?

Master cartons must not exceed 40 lbs. For ship‐alone merchandise, if an individual product’s dimensions exceed any of these sizes – 23.5" x 17.5" x 17.5", 22" x 20" x 20", or 36" x 6.5" x 16" – or if it weighs more than 35 lbs, then it must be delivered in new corrugated re‐mailers. Also, products with dimensions greater than 96 inches in length, 130 inches in combined length and girth, or weighing over 70 lbs (actual) cannot be shipped.

Where do I place the label on a carton?

For shipping cartons (ship-alone merchandise), the UPC/EAN/ISBN label should be pre-printed directly on the carton. In all cases, labels must be applied consistently without covering branded elements. The label must be placed in one of the following corners in order of preference: upper left-hand, upper right-hand, lower left-hand, then lower right-hand. For individual selling units, labeling can be applied as an adhesive label (or sticky tag) to the plastic protecting the merchandise or as a hang tag attached to the product.

Where do I place the label on a pallet?

There are two label placements to note. For UPC/EAN/ISBN labels on individual selling units, the label should be placed on the product packaging in the following order of preference: the upper left‐hand corner (first choice), then the upper right‐hand corner, followed by the lower left‐hand corner, and lastly the lower right‐hand corner. For carton labels on palletized shipments, the label must be positioned so that it is readable from the outside (facing outward) without having to break down the pallet, and it must not be placed on the stretch wrap.
