Can you mix POs in a single carton?

Yes, for non-EDI outer cartons, multiple POs can be combined in a master carton as long as each PO is clearly labeled along with its corresponding store number.

What are the max dimensions and weights for cartons?

For general cartons, the maximum is 50 lbs and dimensions of 42 x 32 x 36 inches. Additionally, Apparel Wardrobe cartons have a max of 50 lbs with dimensions of 24 x 24 x 48 inches, and Lockerstock cartons are limited to 30 lbs with dimensions of 24 x 15 x 16 inches.

Where do I place the label on a carton?

All carton labels must be placed on the side of the carton. For cartons taller than 6 inches, the label must be positioned at least 1 inch from the bottom right corner and 1.5 to 3 inches from the side. For cartons less than 6 inches tall, place the label in the same dimensional area with any excess folded over the top, ensuring taped seams are not covered. Palletized cartons should have outward facing labels, and no labels should be placed over the GS1-128 label.

Where do I place the label on a pallet?

For palletized shipments, the carton labels must be applied so they face outward. For standard carton labels, if the carton is more than 6 inches tall, place the label on the side of the carton at least 1 inch from the bottom right corner and 1.5–3 inches from the side.
