Can you mix multiple SKUs per pallet?

Yes; you can mix multiple SKUs on a pallet provided all purchase orders loaded together are destined for the same store, distribution center, or direct customer.

Can you mix POs in a single pallet?

No. POs can only be mixed on a pallet if they are all destined for the same store, distribution center, or direct customer. Different destinations cannot be combined on one pallet.

What are the max dimensions and weights for cartons?

Individual cartons must weigh less than 150 lbs, be less than 108 inches in length, and have a combined length and girth of under 165 inches.

Where do I place the label on a carton?

For every carton, the shipping label must be affixed to the outside of the carton with all required system‐generated shipping information. In addition, a duplicate shipping label should be placed inside each carton as a backup if the exterior label becomes detached. For multiple‐carton shipments, the printed label (which includes the supplier return address, white background with black text at 203 dpi using standard carrier fonts) must be applied to every carton. For system‐generated labels (whether for UPS/FedEx or LTL/residential shipments), the label specifications (size, orientation, rounded edges, waxed paper, etc.) and required fields (such as the Home Depot 8‑digit PO #, store number 8119, and the “ship to” customer details) must be observed.
