Can you mix multiple SKUs per pallet?

Yes – as long as cartons for a single purchase order are kept together (as required for auto replenishment/packed-by-store shipments), you may have multiple SKUs on the same pallet.

Can you mix POs in a single pallet?

No. Shipments should be palletized by purchase order whenever possible, meaning each pallet should contain cartons for a single purchase order.

What are the max dimensions and weights for cartons?

Cartons must be no larger than 30 inches (length) x 20 inches (width) x 30 inches (height) and cannot exceed 50 lbs (23 kg).

Where do I place the label on a carton?

For cartons, a single GS1-128 (UCC-128) label must be applied. It must be placed on the longest side in an upright position so the barcode is read vertically (never placed sideways or diagonally). Additionally, the label should be positioned at least 32 millimetres (1.25 inches) above the natural base of the item and at least 19 millimetres (0.75 inch) from any vertical edge. No tape, markings, or additional labels should cover any part of the label, and the SSCC-18 barcode must not be folded, wrinkled, or wrapped around edges or corners.
