Can you mix multiple SKUs per carton?
No – each carton must contain a single SKU. The only exception is that for Source Orders, 1 to 2 multi‐SKU cartons may be allowed, but in general mixing SKUs is not accepted.
Can you mix POs in a single carton?
No, each carton must be single SKU. Only one multi-SKU carton per PO is allowed, so you cannot mix different POs in a single carton.
What are the max dimensions and weights for cartons?
For General Merchandise – all Divisions, maximum carton dimensions are 26″ L x 18″ W x 12″ H, while for Kids – Guess Asia shipments the maximum is 15″ L x 12″ W x 12″ H. In both cases, individual cartons must not exceed 35 lbs (approximately 18 kg).
What are the min dimensions and weights for cartons?
For general merchandise, carton minimum dimensions are 20" (L) x 14" (W) x 6" (H) (or 51cm x 36cm x 16cm). For Kids – Guess Asia shipments, they are 15" (L) x 12" (W) x 6" (H) (or 39cm x 31cm x 16cm). No minimum weight is specified; however, individual cartons must not exceed 35 lbs (15.97 kg).
Where do I place the label on a carton?
For regular carton labels you must place the label on one of the short sides of the carton so that the barcode sits in the bottom‐right corner—approximately 1 inch (2.5 cm) from both the side margin and the bottom (per the Shipping & Routing Guide). In addition, for North American cartons the label must be placed 1 inch up from the right bottom edge and 1 inch over (per the Carton Label Guidelines), while UCC128 carton labels continue to use the existing, unchanged placement protocol.
