No, you cannot mix POs in a single carton. Each carton must contain a single style/color/size (single SKU) and the PO on the inbound carton content label must match the packing list.

What are the max dimensions and weights for cartons?

Cartons should not exceed 24" in length, 18" in width, and 12" in height, and each carton must weigh no more than 50 lbs (22.72 kg).

What are the min dimensions and weights for cartons?

For apparel, the smallest (min) carton is Standard 4 at 24" x 18" x 6.5" (61cm x 46cm x 17cm). For footwear, no minimum carton dimensions are specified – vendors must determine the carton size based on remaining units. Additionally, cartons must be constructed from corrugated cardboard with a minimum edge crush strength of 40 lbs (or burst strength of 200 psi) and individual cartons must not exceed 50 lbs.

Where do I place the label on a carton?

• Inbound Carton Content Label (ICCL): Two labels must be affixed. They are placed on the bottom right corner of the short side of each carton with the barcode facing left. The ICCL must not be covered by any tape. • Shipping Label: A 4" x 6" label (stenciled or printed) containing PO#, vendor details, style, color, size, quantity, country of origin, weight, and the Fashion Nova Distribution Center address must be placed on the long (length) side of the carton. • For cartons with delicate, breakable items (accessories, eyewear, jewelry), the carton must be additionally labeled with “Handle with Care, Fragile”.

Where do I place the label on a pallet?

There is no label placed directly on a pallet. Instead, label requirements vary by packaging type: For garments in FN Frosted Polybags, the Fashion Nova Dual Barcode Sticker must be placed on the front center 2" above the FN logo; for garments in generic polybags, the sticker goes on the front center 2" from the bottom; for footwear, the Dual Barcode Sticker is to be placed on the bottom center of the shoebox; for cartons, the Inbound Carton Content Label should be placed on the bottom right corner of the short side (with the barcode facing left) or, if using a shipping label format, affixed on the long side. In all cases, labels must be oriented outward for auditing.
